Skilled Nursing
When it comes to individualized care, you can guarantee your loved one has the best at Bear Creek. Our staff are highly qualified to meet the needs of your family member and identify just what they need. Our Department Heads have an average of 13 years of experience with Bear Creek Nursing Center and nurses have an average of 7 years experience. Bear Creek has an in-house Pulmonologist, Cardiologist, Neurologist, and a Wound Care Nurse who has been with Bear Creek for 20 years and is KCI Wound Vac certified. We are here 24 hours, 7 days a week and each resident has a plan tailored to their specific medical needs. Our staff takes care of all your needs from each meal to laundry and housekeeping so you can focus on getting better.
We offer a large range of medical services for individuals with complex medical issues and those who need rehabilitative therapies.
Outpatient Care
Bear Creek’s outpatient therapy programs provides rehabilitation services with physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as social services to assist with community services for illness or injury.
Respite Care
Caregivers, we’re here for you, too! You can’t take care of others unless you’re well too. We know it can be hard to care and provide for an aging loved one or one with special needs daily – that’s why we’re here for you at Bear Creek.
When you need a short break to regain your own strength or rejuvenate, whether it’s just one day or 30 days, you can trust us to take care of your loved one. We’ll make sure that your loved one is well cared for and comfortable while they’re staying with us. Furthermore, we’ll do our best to make sure they interact and socialize with other residents and engage in daily activities and eat nutritious meals.
