We’ll make sure that your loved one is well cared for and comfortable while they’re staying with us. Furthermore, we’ll do our best to make sure they interact and socialize with other residents and engage in daily activities and eat nutritious meals. With our respite care services, you can take the time you need to become the primary caregiver that is happy, healthy and full of life… You may not be able to change your loved one’s situation but you can take charge and make sure that everyone’s experience is as healthy as possible.
Hospice Care
At College Street, we strive to provide compassionate quality care to support individuals and caregivers who are living with terminal illnesses no matter where they reside. Our goal is to provide your loved ones with a high quality of life each, and every day.
Our hospice services include on-call 24 hour support, clinical and skilled care, spiritual and emotional counseling, and often music therapy. We will work with your selected Hospice Agency to coordinate the care of your loved one.
Skilled Nursing Care
When it comes to individualized care, you can guarantee your loved ones has the best at College Street. Our staff are highly qualified to meet the needs of your family member and identify just what they need. We are here 24 hours, 7 days a week and each resident has a plan tailored to their specific medical needs. Our staff takes care of all your needs from each meal to laundry and housekeeping so you can focus on getting better.
