Specialized Skilled Nursing
At Conroe Health Care Center, we specialize in therapeutic services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our clinical team features Certified Wound Care Associates, Registered Respiratory Therapists, RN’s, LVN’s and CNA's. Quality of Life Managers arrange stimulating activities to keep residents active and engaged. Our Dietary department features a Certified Dietary Manager as well as highly trained cooks and serving staff to provide nutritious meals that fit the needs of each resident.

Respite Care
Respite care is a short-term care program designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically ill at home. Whether it's for a weekend or a few weeks, we provide the resident with a comfortable, secure medical and social environment.
Hospice Care
We offer short- and long-term care for those who have selected Hospice. Our nurses will coordinate with hospice care providers to ensure that the resident is well taken care of throughout the stay in our facility.
