We have two Wellspring Memory Care communities. For individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, both facilities provide a caring, secure environment. The two small neighborhoods feature shared living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and private bedrooms, with private baths. A home-like dining area within each neighborhood is where meals are shared. Walking around the gardens after a meal or sitting on the front porch adds to the small home atmosphere at Applewood Place Wellspring Memory Care Community.

The community features 107 apartments from spacious studios to over-sized deluxe two bedroom suites. Lovely outdoor walking paths connect your suite to abundant common areas including sunrooms, covered outdoor patio, and resident gardens. Indoors you’ll find all the amenities of everyday life from a library to a movie theater, from a bistro to art and music rooms, and much more.
