Rapid Recovery Program offers a distinct rehabilitation neighborhood with private rooms and state of the art rehabilitation services. Our ultimate mission to provide the best possible care while maximizing the dignity of all our patients.
Some of the services offered here at Lawrence Street Healthcare Center include Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. We also offer advanced wound care, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and skilled nursing services, 24-hours a day. Individualized plans of care, assistance with activities of daily living, podiatry, psychological services, and specialized memory care services are available. Our Dietary Services provides nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided daily. Also available are diabetes management, pain management, respite care services, and a variety of other services to meet the clinical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
Specialized Skilled Nursing
Lawrence Street Health Care Center offers both short and long-term care for individuals suffering with heart disease, COPD, Diabetes, and other diagnoses and symptoms such as pain. We also offer short-term IV antibiotic therapy. Our skilled nursing facility provides the most appropriate professional care possible to those who are ill. Our staff of physicians, nurses and aides are experienced in treating a wide variety of healthcare issues and medical diagnosis.
Our skilled nursing facilities are designed for those who need some extra assistance in their recovery before heading back home. We offer short-term or long-term options to help your loved one recovery as quickly as possible so they can return home and to their day-to-day life.
Our qualified staff will ensure that you and your family receive attentive care and support 24 hours a day. We offer the benefits of a hospital in a home-like setting to ensure a more comfortable recovery.
Respite Care
Here at Lawrence Street Healthcare Center, we understand that caring for a loved one can be excruciatingly exhausting and frustrating when you have to do it all alone.
Our respite care services are designed to give primary care-givers a break by providing planned or emergency care for individuals in need. Our services are used for temporary situations and our duties include helping individuals with day-to-day activities and needs.
Our respite care services can be provided only at the facility. We provide many options to allow flexibility with you and your schedule.
Our services are charged per day and we will work with your long term care insurance or hospice for coverage. We also work with several hospice companies in collaboration with their respite care services as well.
Hospice Care
At Lawrence Street Health Care Center, we strive to provide compassionate quality care to support individuals and caregivers who are living with terminal illnesses no matter where they reside. Our goal is to provide your loved ones with a high quality of life each and every day.
Our hospice services include on-call 24-hour support, clinical and skilled care, spiritual and emotional counseling, and often music therapy.
